Obama stimulus "campaign sign" invades Reagan's Dixon, Illinois

How much audacity can you tolerate? Yes, there's here's another Barack Obama stimulus "campaign sign," this time in Dixon, Illinois, Ronald Reagan's boyhood home. Reagan detested big government, but he particularly despised the wasting of taxpayer dollars. These signs have cost Americans $20 million--so far.

Liberals are masters of symbols. You may have to click on the picture to see everything, but next to that garish placard is a municipal sign that directs vistors to the nearby Reagan sites. It gets worse. Around the corner from the sign is the headquarters of the Lee County Democratic Party, which includes a large photograph of President Obama with the caption of "Our President." The Obama-bots knew what they were doing when they placed that sign there.

But there is more! Just 50 yards away, right across the street from the sign, is the new Reagan statue.

Back to the Dem headquarters: Also in its front window are campaign signs for Governor Pat Quinn, who twice was Rod Blagojevich's running mate, as well as the failed mob banker, US Senate candidate Alexi Giannoulias. Next to the Dem office is a martini bar "Tipsy," which is how I feel after seven years of one-party rule in Illinois.

Click here to see the Lee County Democratic Party chairman with America's newest political felon, Blago--on the Lee Dems' site.

What would Reagan have to say? Well, he'd start with, "Tear down that sign!"
