Last year President Obama ushered in a new phrase, "saved or created jobs." When it became clear that his $862 billion economic stimulus boondoggle was not creating jobs, the Chosen One attempted to change the dialogue. But there is no way to measure what a "saved" job is.
Meanwhile, a second generation of Obama "campaign signs" are popping up all over America, including this one in Lake Forest, Illinois.
Remember--the Democrats said their stimulus would keep the unemployment rate from exceeding eight percent. After reaching 10 percent, the national rate is at 9.7 percent.
Now the unemployment rate is something that can be measured.
Even Obama probably knows "saved or created jobs" phrase is bunk. He hasn't uttered it since February. And you used to hear it almost every day from him.
That's change I can believe in.
