GOP Team Oversight targets potentially illegal Obama stimulus "campaign signs"

GOP Team Oversight, which is comprised of the Republican members of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, is fed up with what I call Obama stimulus "campaign signs."

Did you know that these exercises in self-glorification are potentially illegal? Since 1952, it has been against the law to use taxpayer dollars for publicity and propaganda?

The stimulus is of course a massively expensive failure. Unemployment is stuck at 9.5 percent. By now, the boondoggle was supposed to have brought it down to seven percent.

Oh, if you see a stimulus sign, take a picture and send it to stimulussigns@gmail.com--GOP Team Oversight will get it. Be sure to include the city, street, and the date you took it.

If you want to send a copy to me, I'm at john.ruberry@sbcglobal.net.
