Happy birthday, Yosemite National Park

On this day in 1890, Yosemite National Park was established by Congress. But you can't visit this gem today, because of the stubbornness of President Obama and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid in their efforts to protect the unpopular ObamaCare bill.
