One of the speakers at the mini-rally in front of the prison was Crystal Vance Guerra, who screamed at the end of her speech, "We say abolish the prison system--amnesty for all!"
The far-left has viewed prison as an opportunity, rather than a place to lock up criminals, since--you guessed it--the 1960s. Writing about Bill Ayers' Weather Underground in Radical-In-Chief, Stanley Kurtz remarked, "[f]or the Weathermen, the ultimate prison was America itself."
We're the guilty ones to the leftists. The prisoners are innocent.
