In today's Weekly GOP Address, Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA) asks "Where are the jobs?"



"The Obama administration promised that the stimulus would keep unemployment below 8 percent," she reminds us.

McMorris also decries the "burdensome mandates" coming from the White House.
