In comments that Karl Rove called "very inartful or just plain dumb," President Obama's senior adviser David Plouffe told Bloomberg, "People won't vote based on the unemployment rate, they're going to vote based on: 'How do I feel about my own situation? Do I believe the president makes decisions based on me and my family?'"
He's spinning, Plouffe is wrong.
The nimble Mitt Romney campaign has already responded with an ad slamming those comments.
