Video: Johnny Cash sings about the Civil War

One of the regular segments on Johnny Cash's ABC-TV show was "Ride This Train," an idea inspired by his concept album of the same name.

Since today is the anniversary of Abraham Lincoln's Gettysburg Address, I thought that Cash singing about the Civil War in a "Ride This Train" piece would be a perfect choice for today's Saturday musical selection.

Cash loved history, America, and of course above all, God.

Watch as The Man in Black shines some musical light on our Civil War. The final tune is "Johnny Reb," a song popularized by his good friend, Johnny Horton.
