Quinn's campaign was the beneficiary of $400,000 in various Teamster funds, the Chicago Tribune reported.
The campaign never ends. And exactly what did Coli's presence on this trip add for Illinois businesses and workers? Perhaps he enjoys Chinese food.
Yes, Quinn announced some business deals in the Middle Kingdom--some pretty big ones which almost certainly had to be in the works before the Chicago Democrat's plane hit the tarmac in China.
