Foster Avenue's Obama stimulus "campaign" sign

While President Obama is hawking Stimulus II, the signs from Stimulus I still clutter Chicago. A few hours ago I photographed the placard on the right, which you will find just east of Ravenswood Avenue on Foster.

Illinois saw a sharp increase in its unemployment rate in August, the most recent month figures are available for, it's now 9.9 percent.

But we have those signs that essentially are campaign ads for the president.
