(Video) ABC's Karl to White House: Is Obama running out the clock on Keystone Pipeline?

At this afternoon's White House press briefing, ABC News' Jonathan Karl asked Deputy Press Secretary Josh Earnest if President Obama was "running out the clock" in regards to approving the Keystone XL Pipeline, which will bring much needed petroleum from our friends in Canada to here.

Of course Obama is. "Hamlet" has been dragging his feet on this issue for five years.
