ILL-inois: Over 1,100 jail inmates collected unemployment benefits

Inept Illinois discovered that over 1,100 jail inmates recently collected unemployment benefits. While obviously jailbirds can't work while they are incarcerated, they must be available to work--which of course isn't possible while they are locked up.

That's why they call my state ILL-inois.
