Dave Edmunds: A Day In The Life

A few months short of what would have been John Lennon's 50th birthday, Liverpool hosted a concert honoring his memory. Dave Edmunds, one of this blog's favorite performers, chose a rarely-covered Beatles song, "A Day In The Life," when his turn came that day.

It's a little-covered tune because it's a hard one to play and sing. And Edmunds handles both the Lennon and Paul McCartney vocals.
