Des Plaines' 2011 Obama stimulus "campaign sign"

I don't know if this is the same Obama stimulus "campaign sign" I posted here last year--but it's in the same spot. The work is over yet the propaganda remains.

I encountered this placard on Miner Street two days ago in downtown Des Plaines, Illinois.

The stimulus failed. Recovery Summer never happened. Nor has Recovery Summer II.

Des Plaines--please take town this sign.
