ObamaCare individual mandate ruled unconstitutional-worst presidential August since Harding death

The linchpin of ObamaCare, the individual mandate, was ruled unconstitutional by the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals earlier today.

Barack Obama is having the worst presidential August since Warren G. Harding died on August 2, 1923. Obama has presided over an unprecedented credit rating downgrade, another nasty monthly jobs report, and essentially being veiwed as irrelevant during the debt-ceiling limit negotiations with Congress.

And August is not even half-over.
