A few days ago, Wisconsin's new governor, Republican Scott Walker, offered a simple message for angry Illinois taxpayers: "Escape to Wisconsin."
Quinn wants to waste money on sort-of-high speed rail. Walker says "No." Quinn's campaign was stuffed with public-sector union cash, Walker wants to rein in their power.
And of course, Quinn raised my income tax by 67 percent.
