PASen: Toomey 49% -- Sestak 40%

Although he falls short of the 50 percent mark, Republican Pat Toomey continues to lead his Democratic opponent Rep. Joe Sestak in the Pennsylvania US Senate race, 49 to 40 percent, according to Rasmussen.
