ILSen: Kirk nabs three more newspaper endorsements

Republican Mark Kirk nabbed three more newspaper endorsments this morning: the Belleville News-Democrat, the Southtown Star, and the Bloomington Pantagraph. Southern, central, and nothern Illinois together--sort of like the way Billy Jack wanted it.

As I noted last night, the only newspaper endorsements that his Democratic opponent, failed Mob Banker Alexi Giannoulias, has received came from the Chicago Sun-Times and the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, which backed Rod Blagojevich in 2006.
