Tom Mannis of The Bench (and maybe myself) to be on Jerry Agar's WLS-AM show this morning

My good friend Tom Mannis of The Bench will be a guest on Jerry Agar's WLS-AM talk show this morning.

Tom and some other local bloggers will be in Agar's studio, Agar's staff says they'll call me--sometime after 10:00AM Central.

If you live within 200 miles WLS' 50,000 watt signal, you can do what I'm doing now--switch your radio dial to 890 AM.

Or you can listen in on "The Big 89" right here via the web.

UPDATE 10:45 AM: I came, I talked, I was heard. Tom, along with John Powers of the Chicago Daily Observer, are still on the air.

Slow news day? ;)

Didn't want to talk about McCain being down by 6pts in today's AP-Ipsos poll?

Hey, I am at work I can't afford to blog full time. I'll have some fresh stuff soon. Starting with an energy post from Kansas

Not everything's about you, John.

I meant the once-great 'LS and it's blogger revue. (And you obviously found time to get on air as it is.)

John, it was fun having you join John Powers and me with Jerry Agar last Tuesday. Sorry you couldn't make it to the studio, but we all appreciated your contribution to the discussion.
Note to rob_n: It actually IS John's world, friend. You just live on it.

Ah, the ego of a conservative partisan knows no bounds. ;)

Funny Tom. Wouldn't we actually be "running" through John's World? (Is that what you guys are calling Bizarro World now?)
