Onetime speech plagiarist Senator Joe Biden, D-DE, a potential 2008 candidate for president, is not ruling out filibustering a Bush nominee to fill the Sandra Day O'Connor vacancy for the US Supreme Court. Dick Durbin, as Marathon Pundit readers know, waited only a few hours after O'Connor's resignation to bring up the "F" option.
