Here's one fact to consider. Chicago hasn't had a Republican mayor since Herbert Hoover was president.

Physical assertiveness is the means of achieving status in ghetto black society. Certainly, Leftist policies do nothing to restrain exhibitions of physical assertiveness. Right-wing policies would do more to remove the perpetrators from society (which is perhaps all that can be done), but they would no more address the root causes than Left-wing policies do.
