NBC 5 Chicago "strongly objects" to Quinn anti-Rauner commercial

Illinois' inept governor, Chicago Democrat Pat Quinn, can't run on his record that includes a massive "temporary" income tax hike, runaway spending, high unemployment, and corruption.

He has no choice but to go negative against his Republican opponent, businessman and political newcomer Bruce Rauner.

Robert Feder reports that NBC 5 Chicago, which ran a story on one of Rauner's companies, "strongly objects" to use of footage from its news department as well as the voice of its reporter, Carol Marin.

Rauner on the other hand, has reasons to be upbeat, as he has collected three major media endorsements recently.

Rod Blagojevich's old running mate has none so far.
