(Photo) Des Plaines' 9/11 memorial

Just a mile north from where I work--in downtown Des Plaines, Illinois--is a memorial to the victims of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack on America.

Included in this remembrance is a portion of a beam from the Twin Towers.
