Woman robbed today on Rahm Emanuel's block

Not even the presumably peaceful North Side Chicago neighborhood where Mayor Rahm Emanuel lives is immune from crime.

A 33 year-old woman's purse was stolen at around 1:45am today on the 4200 north block of Hermitage Avenue--Rahm's block--in what the police are calling "a strong arm robbery."
