One of the talking heads on President Obama's favorite network, MSNBC, spoke of a "national malaise" and said that the border crisis was a "question of competence" for Dear Leader.

And this was said on Chuck Todd's Daily Rundown.

Malaise. That was one of the words to describe the failed Jimmy Carter presidency. We are now suffering under Carter's third term.
