Among the events planned to commemorate the day is the annual birthday party in Tampico--I attended in 2011--a downstate Illinois caravan sponsored by Americans for Prosperity, and the Reagan Presidential Library birthday celebration in California. The latter can be viewed as a webcast, beginning 1:00pm EST.
It will be morning again in America all day on February 6.
