From Businessweek: The president will replace NSA mass surveillance with ... something

In a ponderous speech this morning that seemed to last hours, President Obama said essentially nothing about government snooping overreach. BusinessWeek agrees with me: The president will replace NSA mass surveillance with ... something.

Today's speech, such as it was, served as a momentary distraction from the ObamaCare morass, the problem of long-term joblessness, and his declining approval numbers.
