(CNN video) Jake Tapper: Gates book will be very damaging for Biden's 2016 prospects

Hillary Clinton wasn't the only likely 2016 presidential candidate to be excoriated in Robert Gates' new memoir. Joe Biden was severely condemned by the former secretary of defense, as CNN Jake Tapper explained this morning. Gates said of Biden that the vice president "has been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four decades."

Gates is right.
