What recovery?

On the day we learn that the unemployment rate is above 8 percent for the 41st consecutive month--the rate actually creeped up to 8.3 percent--I thought I'd look back to August 3, 2010. That's when Treasury Secretary Timothy 'TurboTax' Geithner wrote in an op-ed, "Welcome to the recovery

The recovery will start when Mitt Romney is sworn into office next year.
