Today's Illinois corruption update: Feds indict two Cook County employees for bribery

Y'know what? I think I'm going to turn "Illinois corruption" into a daily Marathon Pundit feature. Yesterday seven Chicago area residents were indicted for allegedly offering $5,000 bribes in exchange for $25,000 in federal grants.

What do we have today? The feds indicted two Cook County Board of Review analysts for allegedly accepting $1,500 in bribes to reduce tax assessments by $14,0000 on three properties.

I'm sure I'll be back tomorrow for more.

Illinois is a cesspool.
