Video: Session wants to know if one senator will back Obama's claim that he "pays down debt"

Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) has a question. He wants to know if any member of Congress will back President Obama's claim that his budget plan will "pay down our long-term debt."

He wants to know if a senator--or a member of House is willing to back Obama's claim.

"Tax, spend, tax, spend, that's what this president's philosophy is," the ranking Republican on the Senate Budget committee added.
