Romney response on ObamaCare ruling at 11:45am EDT

Mitt Romney will respond to the ObamaCare ruling at 11:45am EDT, the event is certainly to be covered by the cable news networks.

UPDATE: Romney called ObamaCare "bad law" and will work to repeal and replace it.
