Video: Occupier destroys huge NATO banner

After this afternoon's G-8 National Nurses United Rally in Daley Plaza, several hundred occupiers marched through downtown Chicago. While there was a permit for the rally, the occupiers did not have one for this march.

The self-described peaceful protesters cheered when one of them tore down a huge NATO banner that was hanging from the Fort Dearborn Monument on the Michigan Avenue bridge.

After the occupier finished his vandalism, he rang a bell--something I that I never noticed was on the monument. Well, at least that wasn't destroyed.

"Peace and security, that's our mission" the banner read.

Vandalism--just like the Tea Party. Not.
It's easier to destroy than
it is to create.
