Video: Obama praised ex-GSA director's work ethic in 2010

Several months before the now infamous General Services Administration Western Regions Conference in 2010, President Obama praised Martha Johnson's work ethic. She is the former GSA director--Johnson resigned Monday--the same day the scathing Office of the Inspector General report on its Las Vegas-area meeting was released.

"It's about creating a culture where, as Martha Johnson puts it, work is what you do, not where you are," Obama says in the video.

One GSA worker, the ukulele-strumming rapper Hank Terlaj, recorded a music video with some of his coworkers "where he was," at his job, courtesy of the taxpayers.
