The Republican-controlled Indiana House, as it did last year, will take up right-to-work legislation in the next few days. The Democrats successfully scuttled last year's proposal by fleeing the capital for business-unfriendly Illinois.
The Big Labor sabre-rattling has already begun as you'll read in this specious AFL-CIO blog post.
As for Illinois, it suffers from negative net-migration with 43 states, including Indiana and the other states it borders.
