President Obama keeps misleading Americans that it is Congress that is preventing jobs bills from being enacted. In fact, it's the Democratic-controlled Senate that holding this legislation back.

"Leader Reid has come to me a few times and asked me to consider bills on their merits," Brown says, "and I'm always willing to do so. And now I'm asking the same of my colleague, the Majority Leader."
