AmericanJobCreators looks at the struggles of an Illinois company

Illinois' unemployment rate is 9.9 percent--almost one percentage point higher than the rest of the nation.

A tough economic climate is made more challenging by the Obama administration's radicalized Environmental Protection Agency. Eric Treiber is the president and CEO of Chicago White Metal Castings, a privately-held firm based in Bensenville, which is 10 miles west of my home. Job creators such as CWM pay 54 percent of all EPA regulatory costs. Treiber's company also has to contend with cost pressures brought on by OSHA, the Department of Labor, the NLRB, and ObamaCare.

From AmericanJobCreators.com and the House Oversight Committee:

One employee at Treiber's firm spends half of each working day toiling on EPA regulations.

These additional costs are mounting on CWM, "making it very difficult for us to stay in busines."
