Pat "Fair Map" Quinn signs into law gerrymandered unfair map for Illinois

The Democrats' unfair map
Illinois' bet-welshing governor, Chicago Democrat Pat Quinn, said he wanted a "fair map" for Illinois' congressional district. But the public-sector unions' $5 million man just signed into law a gerrymandered map that extends from Chicago as if the districts were bicycle spokes. It's a hyper-partisan stunt to reverse last fall's elections--in which Illinoisans sent five freshman GOP congressmen to Washington.

In related news, Quinn's two-time running mate, Rod Blagojevich, is awaiting his verdicts in his corruption re-trial.

Oh, Illinois is essentially broke.

Yes, Abraham Lincoln is rolling over in his grave.

Hopefully the guys in Madison can make up for it when they rearrange Wisconsin's districts.
