Where does Rahm live?

As early as tomorrow, former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel may have to testify in regards to whether he is a legal resident of Chicago.

Complicating the mayoral candidate's case is that last month he amended his 2009 Illinois income tax return, Emanuel checked the box on the form indicating that he was a part-time resident of Illinois--and therefore of Chicago--on that return.
