Rasmussen: Obama full-month approval rate at all time low

More bad news for the Democrats: According to Rasmussen, President Obama's full-month approval rate is at an all-time low. The percentage of voters who strongly disapprove of Obama's performance is 44 percent, just 27 percent strongly approve. That's places the Presidential Approval Index rating at -17, his lowest yet.
