Shortly after his victory over the duplicitous Sen. Arlen Specter in last month's Pennsylvania Senate Democratic Primary, Rep. Joe Sestak enjoyed a four point poll lead over his Republican counterpart, former Rep. Pat Toomey.
Toomey had been leading Specter and Sestak in pre-primary hypothetical match-ups. But after the story of the job offer given to Sestak by the White House so Specter could run unopposed in the primary was reignited--the bounce apparently has gone flat. Rasmussen Reports released a new poll this morning, Toomey is back on top, with a 45 percent to 38 percent lead over Sestak.
