Photo: United Center, NHL playoffs afternoon

Game Three of the Western Conference playoffs is underway. Mrs. Marathon Pundit's job took her to Chicago's West Side this afternoon. Pictured is the United Center, home of the Chicago Blackhawks about an hour ago.

Of the Chicago professional sports teams I follow, all have won championships in my lifetime--except the Blackhawks. They lead the series 3 games to none over the San Jose Sharks.
