Ill. gov candidate Jim Ryan: Jobs, jobs, jobs

The recession has hit Rockford, Illinois' second largest city, very hard. Illinois Republican gubernatorial candidate Jim Ryan was in Rockford yesterday and he had this message: Jobs, Jobs jobs.

And no tax increases.
