I was unable to attend the protest against Rep. Melissa Bean (D-IL), the fraudulent Blue Dog Democrat who has been advancing the Obama program since January 20. She's been very successful in ducking the people she represents in Congress. Bean held a farce of a telephone-town hall last month, but she has not faced her suburban Chicago constituents since the August recess began.
The three term Democrat spoke at a banquet hall this morning in Kildeer where she addressed a chamber of commerce group. But she didn't mingle with the protesters of either side.
