Last month I participated in a bloggers' conference call with Rian Wathen, a former collective bargaining director for the United Food and Commercial Workers.Wathen goes into more detail why the Orwellian-named Employee Free Choice Act, which should be called the Employee FORCED Choice Act, is a bad idea.
If enacted into law, EFCA will be a painful gut-punch to our already weak economy.
