AP: Obama has the delegates

Maybe I shouldn't report this story from Associated Press, because the Hillary Rodham Clinton campaign denies the earlier AP story that claims she'll essentially concede that Barack Obama has won the Democratic nomination for president.

This one is different...like reporting a sports core...and the AP delegate-bean counters are stating the Obama has reached the magic number. He has the delegates.

Of course the superdelegates can still change their mind.
