Jimmy Carter: Clueless then, clueless now

During the Iranian hostage crisis, the final indignity of the painful single term of Jimmy Carter's presidency, the Georgia peanut farmer referred to Iran's leader, Ayatollah Khomeini, the barbarian in robes, as "a fellow man of faith."

This morning, nutty Carter, a Democratic supderdelate by the way, made the ludicrous claim that the terrorist organziation Hamas, which calls for the destruction of Israel, says Hamas is willing to "live as a neighbor next door in peace."

Last week, Rep. Sue Myrick (R-NC), called for the State Department to revoke the former president's passport.
