Uh, fellas and ladies, Target, Wal-Mart and the like--they are just stores. Good stores that save their customers a lot of money, but they're just stores.
However, the City of Tucson, no doubt caving in to smaller supermarkets or unions, has instituted a ban on stores larger than 100,000 square feet that sell groceries.
Wal-Mart, isn't taking this lying down. They've organized a petition drive with the goal of having this idiotic law overturned by Tucson voters in November.
