Chicago Marathon sold out

You heard it here first. I posted two days ago that the Chicago Marathon was on the verge of closing registration, since it was near its cap of 40,000 runners.

I went to the Chicago Marathon site a few minutes ago--and registration is now closed for the race, which will be run on Sunday, October 7.

Luckily, I'm signed up. The easy part is over--now I have to train for a 26.2 mile race.
