Summer of Joy: 7 killed and at least 14 wounded over weekend in Chicago

Lori Lightfoot's Summer of Joy continues. 

Over this past weekend, seven people were shot to death at least 14 others were wounded. 

Meanwhile, the front page of the Chicago Sun-Times on Saturday was emblazoned with this headline, "As violent crime in Chicago soared, arrests fell to historic lows."

Hmm.
